Refund policy

At 360 Campaigneer (Campaigneer Adconsultation Pvt. Ltd.), we provide advertising, media planning, and campaign execution services. Because our offerings are service-based and often involve bookings, media placements, creative work, and committed third-party costs, our refund terms are different from physical product stores.
1. No physical returns
As we do not sell physical retail products through this store, there is no return or exchange policy for shipped goods. All orders placed on this store are considered service bookings, media reservations, or campaign-related purchases.
2. Cancellation requests
Any cancellation or modification request must be made in writing. For campaign-based services, requests should be sent at least 7 days before the campaign start date.
If a cancellation is requested after work has started, creative has been submitted, media has been booked, or costs have already been incurred, the client remains responsible for those non-recoverable charges.
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

The service was paid for but not initiated.

The campaign was not booked or released to media.

A duplicate payment was made.

A refund is required due to an internal billing error confirmed by us.
Refunds are not available for:

Media inventory already booked or released.

Creative work already completed or submitted.

Third-party costs already incurred.

Partial campaign usage.

Delay, disruption, or performance issues caused by external media owners, platform policies, technical failures, or force majeure events.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable once initiated:

Strategy, planning, or consultation fees.

Creative development or production charges.

Media buying or booking costs.

Platform or third-party service charges.

Taxes, statutory levies, and payment gateway charges, where applicable.
5. Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
6. Service execution and liability
We make every reasonable effort to deliver agreed services as planned, with transparent execution and proof of delivery where applicable. However, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant campaign or service purchased, and we are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
7. GST and billing details
Clients are responsible for providing correct billing and GST details. We are not liable for refund delays or tax-credit issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.
